He won a total of 7 statuettes (12 nominations), while the biggest winners announced series Breaking Bad won only 6 of 16 possible. I do not understand the logic of some of the comments. Yes, it does not count the quantity, but the weight of awards. Here, however, the analysis falls in favor of the BBC television film. The most important award (Outstanding Drama Series) adele grammys actually fell American production, but the other statues were granted in equal terms. I am afraid that some journalists or bloggers do not know the end of the rules for granting Emmys, according to which the first part of the announcement of the results takes place a week before the gala - perhaps not everyone counted the award in the past week.
There is another reason to rejoice, though incomplete - prizes for the phenomenally realized the series Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey.
