Here you can set that you can only show contacts with the name or to show their pictures to show the status of contacts as its name (not just mail address with which signed up to the Lync -u). Also here the contacts can be sorted by name or by availability.
Contacts can be grouped into groups that you create. Through Options you can set how many details of the order (Personal, Status, My Pictures, Phones) as well as audio and video devices (Audio Device, Video Device), and you can adjust where they will keep files that you download from the other and where .wmv files.
As we mentioned earlier, communication with one contact, you can start by right-clicking on the contact and example. Start Video Call. If you want to communicate with the whole group, then right-click the group and select the Start Conference Call.
